The Two Conventions

This week, while Senator Brown is traveling to the Democratic National Convention, Maria Sanchez will have as her guest, Leslie Cornejo –  a former Political Correspondent. For the past 5 years, Leslie has served as Chair of the Ventura County Republican party and is co-founder of the California Association of Political Centrists. They will be discussing this past week’s Republican National Convention and Hillary Clinton’s selection of Virginia Senator Tim Kaine as her running mate for Vice President, and this week’s upcoming Democratic Convention being held in Philadelphia.

Brexit. What is the fallout?

Prime Minister David Cameron tendered his resignation while other EU countries are considering their own referendum votes. Competing for the title of Miss Missouri

It’s also Miss Luna’s own personal platform as well: “Raise Your Voice It’s Your Choice “Educating generations about the importance of the right to vote!

Born and raised in the St.Louis area, Angela aspires to become a Television News Anchor by studying Mass Media in Multimedia Journalism/Sports Broadcasting at Northwest Missouri State University. Luna is entering her senior year and has had many field reporting experiences particularly at the 2016 Iowa Caucuses.
