Those who rely more on technology suffer a deterioration in cognitive abilities more commonly seen in patients who have suffered a head injury or psychiatric illness. Emotional underdevelopment and memory problems are creating deficits in brain development and they are irreversible.

The American Veterinary Medical Association along with the Humane Society of the US are against performing surgery for cosmetic reasons but that isn’t stopping pet owners from seeking facelifts, nose jobs, Botox, pierced ears, tattoos and braces.
