2010-11-16 Lacayo Institute Dedication at CSUCI

Channel Islands University hosted the dedication ceremonies for the Lacayo Institute. The program was presented with a grant from Southern California Edison President John Fiedler. Community leaders were well represented. CSUCI President Rush conducted the dedication.
