Senator Fran Pavley (D-Agoura Hills) visits with Maria to discuss Governor Jerry Brown signing her Senate Bill 4 last Friday which regulates hydraulic fracturing (“fracking”), acidizing, and other oil extraction techniques.  The bill takes effect January 1, 2014.
